Octogen offers a number of courses and workshops from introductory 3 hour kettlebell and Olympic lifting workshops through to full weekend Instructor courses.  In addition if you have a specific need we can design and run courses to suit your specific needs in sports conditioning.

Saturday 19th of April – Kettlebell introductory workshop – 4 hours  – $120.00

Saturday 17th of May  – Olympic lifting introductory workshop  4 hours – $150.00

Sunday 18th of May  – Olympic lifting for trainers  8 hours – $300.00
